How can I add funds to my account?

Since it is a prepaid service; you can add funds making payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, Skrill (Moneybookers). From your control panel, go to Payment ==>Recharge and choose from here your preferred payment method.

Which currencies do you accept?

All transactions are in USD Dollars by default. But our payment Gateways will convert your currency directly at no extra costs.

Are there additional costs?

No, the rates displayed are without any hidden charges. Inside the EU, only VAT will be add for all private users. All the private users in the rest of the world and all the companies (inside and outside EU), will not be charged for VAT by us.

From which countries can I call to and to which?

You can call from any country you are to anywhere in the world.

What are your rates?

You can clearly check them anytime on our Rates page or use the Cost Calculator or inside your account on the Rates page and see how convenient our international call rates are.

Do I need a PC to use Call n Speak?

You can use our services by phone, by pc or either by your mobile through our App.

How to dial a number?

To make an international call, you should dial a number including the international country code without “+” in front.

Note! It is important NOT TO PUT “+” or any other symbol in front the number you want to call.

Correct format: 441*****
Wrong format: +441*****

Do you provide Local numbers for different countries?

Yes and the amount of them will increase in the future. This will allow more users to access our services at the cost of a local call.

Do I need to buy any equipment?

Absolutely not ! You just need a mobile or landline phone or a PC for web calls and to manage your account online.

Do I need a smartphone?

No, you can use Call n Speak from any phone or mobile.

How do I know my card details are secure on your website?

Our site uses SSL encryption and it is an approved secure site according to industry standard. All data use 2048 bit signatures and up to 256 encryption with highest possible levels of security.

Tell me about your services?

The services we offer are: calling card service, call back service and web-call service. Credit is prepaid online and calls are initiated via web, mobile or landline.

Can I make multiple calls with Call n Speak?

You certainly can! This allows a single account to make multiple simultaneous VoIP calls so it can be shared with your family or friends!

I have lost my login details, what can I do?

If you have forgotten what email address you signed up with, just contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you. If you have forgotten your password click on the forgotten password link.

How do I get a pin number to use phone call back?

Enter in your account and you’ll find your PIN Number there.

What is VAT and why are you charging me?

We are non charging you, but the country of your residence. VAT stands for Value Added Tax, and it’s mandatory from 2015 to be paid from all private users which resides in Europe.

What is your VAT number for VAT claims?

Our VAT number is MT21036433.

Do you provide VAT receipts or invoices?

Yes. In your Control Panel, go to the Manage Invoice section and click on Invoices; you can select either a single invoice for the payment in question, or a full list of payments. These will be downloaded as PDFs.

Do I need to add a phone number in my profile?

Yes, to allow us to identify the country in which you are resident. Besides, it is necessary in case you wish to use the option to call pinless or for the call back service. You can add more numbers once you have signed up.

Can the rates change?

Since we purchase wholesale minutes from Tier 1 carriers, the rates can change weekly to us. On a monthly basis we review our rates and if necessary increase or decrease them in line with the carriers’ charges.
