Terms and Conditions of CallnSpeak International Rates will explain how our services are regulated. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of CallnSpeak you should immediately stop using the Website. You must be at least 18 [eighteen] years of age to use this website. By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are residing in a jurisdiction where it is forbidden by law to offer or use services for internet telephony, you may not enter into this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement you explicitly state that you have verified in your own jurisdiction if your use of internet telephony services are allowed. The rates displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Therefore any payment made with any other currency will be converted, at payer’s expense, to the applicable U.S. Dollar amount before being applied to a purchase.

When you create an account on CallnSpeak, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Failure to accomplish to these rules, constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.


You may terminate your account at any time. To terminate your account, send an e-mail to: support@callnspeak.com. CallnSpeak, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the access to all or part of the site for any reason. Such reasons for termination include, without limitation, breach of this Agreement or if your conduct is unlawful or is harmful to the interest of CallnSpeak and/or its Customers, Partners, Suppliers, or Affiliates.


CallnSpeak uses security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Our site employs SSL 128 bit encryption when private information is passed from you to us. The level of encryption you ultimately obtain is dependent upon your browser’s capabilities.


CallnSpeak may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number and Vat number (EU residents). Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.


CallnSpeak may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the IP, browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information to prevent frauds.


Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.


All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in CallnSpeak and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to CallnSpeak or otherwise used by CallnSpeak as permitted by law. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.


CallnSpeak may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.


The pins available on our website have an unlimited validity. We do not give refunds nor grant any form of compensations for your failure to use the PIN. You are solely responsible for making sure that the PIN is used for the entire amount you have prepaid your account.

The Services are prepaid services. You are required to Top-up your Account in order to have some credit to use our services. Charges incurred will be deducted from the amount credited to your Account. Upon your payment, a regular receipt  will be issued to you. You may access and download your past receipts by logging in to your panel control.  You may check your credit balance anytime by your Control Panel or through the app installed on your mobile.
You may pay for the Services by topping-up your Account using any one of the available paying methods on CallnSpeak; after that you may use our Services at any time.
The amount of the top-up credit you purchased will be added to the credit balance in your Account at the time of your top-up.
The credit balance in your Account may only be used for the Services. You are not entitled to receive any cash refund for any credit balance remaining in your Account at any time, including where you fail to use the Services or where this Agreement has been terminated.
Interest is not payable on any credit balance in your Account. Each time you use the Services (or someone else uses your Appon your mobile device) the credit balance in your Account will be reduced for the voice call or message you are making or sending according to the destination and the current Charges.

To place an international call using CallnSpeak calling card you must follow these steps:

A) Dial the access number (local access numbers imply charges from the local phone provider deducted from your balance). If you have the “pinless dialing” feature enabled, go to step C); B) A voice prompt shall ask for the PIN of the product to be entered. Enter your PIN after the voice prompt. C) A voice prompt will announce your available balance in USD; D) A voice prompt will ask for the destination number to be entered (always use an international format). Enter your destination number after the voice prompt. If you have the “speed dial” feature enabled, you will need to dial the shortcut associated with your destination number; E) A voice prompt will announce the number of minutes available for the respective destination based on the total balance left on your account. The available minutes are based on one call using a local access number where available.

Our system is specifically designed to connect your calls and to allow you to use our calling cards only when all of the above mentioned steps are followed. If you do not hear one of the voice prompts then you call might be connected through your local phone provider’s network and your call might be charged at the rates set out by your local phone provider. Any failure in completing the dialing instructions step by step can generate additional charges. Under no circumstances CallnSpeak shall not be held liable for your failure to comply with the dialing instructions. We do not give refunds or grant any form of compensations for the additional expenses generated by not complying with the dialing instructions or by connecting the calls through your phone provider. You are solely responsible for reading the dialing instructions and for completing each step, as described above.
All calls are billed in 1 second increments and rounded up unless otherwise stated; all calls to Mexico incur a one-minute minimum increment plus additional billing increments of one minute; all calls to Gambia, incur with one minute minimum plus additional billing increments of one second. For each answered call, billing begins no earlier than the point at which the PIN is entered. Certain premium-rate telephone numbers and certain special phone numbers may not be connected. For calls to premium-rate telephone numbers and calls to special phone numbers we reserve the right to charge your calling card at a higher rate than the rate advertised on the site under a calling destination. Not all telephones are compatible with PIN calls. Access to compatible telephones is limited in some locations. Billing errors may occur. If you have been undercharged, we, in our sole discretion, may charge your provided credit card and/or account the amount for which you were incorrectly not charged. Prices are subject to change anytime prior an update of our rates stated on the website rates page. PIN-less dialing feature might not be available in every country. CallnSpeak services are not compatible with automatic dialing devices. Using such devices in conjunction with our services is prohibited and entitles CallnSpeak to suspend the account with which the device is being used and to charge a $100 disconnection fee to that account. Accounts have the possibility to activate the Automatic Recharge feature. This option, when activated, automatically recharges your card when you run low on credit with an amount specified by you. Please be aware that this feature represents an automated process that might generate extra charges to your account. You are solely responsible for activating and deactivating the feature.

All duties, Customs Clearance and Value Added Tax (VAT) are payable upon receipt by the recipient. VAT (Value Added TAX) in the European Union varies according to country, and customers will be charged according to which country the registered customer is resident in.


CallnSpeak is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, CallnSpeak, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and/or its respective customers, partners, suppliers, and affiliates and suppliers shall in no event be liabile for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Malta and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.


If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.


CallnSpeak is not liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to causes beyond its control, such as natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omission, laws or regulations, labor strikes or difficulties, computer viruses, war, transportation stoppages or slowdowns or the inability to procure Content, information, service, carriers, Product, Software, or Demonstrations. If any of these causes continue to prevent or delay performance for more than 180 days, you may terminate this Agreement, effective immediately upon notice to CallnSpeak.
